He is responsible for creating beautiful and eye-catching cakes. He uses a variety of techniques to create designs, patterns, and other elements that will be used to cover the cake itself or add detail to its design.

He is responsible for Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes, Creating new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers and Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting.

His level of success as a cake decorator, is attributed to keeping abreast of the latest styles, techniques, and trends in cake decoration. He demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills

Her Responsibility is to create high quality pastry dishes with the standard recipes and presentations in order to maintain quality standards and consistency of product.

Also assist in production and maintenance of par stocks of pastry and dessert with proper rotation of products and maintain highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the pastry and bakery section.
